Bus will pick us up at Airport and shuttle us to our hotel for the evening where we have dinner reservations in the hotel restaurant.
After dinner, guests can turn in for the night, or walk the streets.
Day one meals: dinner at hotel after check in and settle into rooms.
Day Two ~ May 27th Fishing Tour
Breakfast at hotel
Pick up at hotel by Fishing/Lunch Tour at 9:00 a.m. (4 hours) from Naxos Harbor
~ local guidance, fishing rod, bate, mineral water, tea, coffee, 2 course meal – optional alcohol extra
~ bring beach towel and swimsuit, hat and sunscreen
Return to hotel by about 12:30 p.m.
Open Afternoon and dinner
Option to take in local sites and ancient ruins, shop, or just relax.

Breakfast at Hotel ~ Have bags packed and ready since we will leave them with the concierge.
Pick Up at hotel for cooking class at 9:00 a.m. We will go shopping with Signora Melina who will take the group to shop at the local markets then go back to her house for cooking class and four course meal showing off local traditional foods/beverages.
Return to hotel collect bags and transfer to Agriturismo Gianferrante outside of Catania at the Base of Mt. Etna. Blood Orange Grove – self walk around grounds

Day 8 ~ June 2, 2020 Homemade Ricotta Start-to-Finish Tour
Breakfast at Hotel
Transfer to the village of San’t Ambroggio and Shepherd’s Tour of property and cheese making ~ About 3 ½ hours
~ wear walking shoes as the terrain will be rocky beginning on a track and hike downhill about 800 meters to reach the shepherd’s hut. Learn how ricotta is made from start to finish with tasting along the way.
Return to hotel.
Relax and open for dinner and self-touring.

Full Cost of Trip including Round Trip Airfare, all transfers, 10 nights at 4 – 5 star hotels* ~ *One night will be a three-star B & B in Gianferrante ~ most meals and all tours & taxes:

Payable in full upon reservation. All Accommodations are based on Double Occupancy. For Single Occupancy, an additional $80.00 per night charge will be applied.
All guests will be required to have a valid passport.
Breakfast buffet is included every morning at corresponding hotel. Lunches will be provided with tours that have been scheduled.
Several dinners have been included with a few days of open time to visit towns, shop and grab a pizza or ice cream on your own.
